Corex (Coroplast or Corrugated Plastic)is an affordable and weather resistant material for advertising your business. These signs are very inexpensive and they accept full color printing Corex signs are extremely effective for Real Estate Signs, Garage Sales, Bazaars, Election Signs, Retail Sales, Personal Signs and much more.
Corex is an economic and lightweight material made up of a cellular polypropylene extruded sheet. It is lightweight, rigid and very cost effective. Corex sign thickness is 4 mm and it will not rot or swell like wood. It is constructed like corrugated cardboard with a hollow box tube center, but made from polypropylene not paper and is totally waterproof.
Corex comes in 4' x 8' sheets and can be cut down to any size. The most common color is white. Additional colors can be ordered, the availability of some of these colors may not be in stock locally and will have to be special ordered. These include: black, brown, yellow, red, orange, blue, green, gray and beige.
The most common sizes for Corex signs are 18" x 24", 2' x 2', 2' x 3' or 4' x 4'.

PVC can be used for the same purposes as Corex, comes in the same variety of colors & sizes. It is however a more durable and nicer looking product. Since PVC is a nicer and more expensive product it is used more for company signage. Menu signs, trade show booths. Office directory signage and room plates for doors.
This product is best suited for long-term indoor or short-term outdoor applications. When used outdoors, it must be sheltered and used in low-humidity areas, as some brands may absorb moisture and mildew when left in exposed locations. Without proper handling, it can be scratched. Medium-weight and durable, expanded PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is easily installed and transported. Its matte finish hides fingerprints and is easily cut into shapes, allowing for custom applications.

Our magnetic material comes in a white 24" roll. We can cut the magnet in any size, but the most common sizes are 12" x 24" , 12" x 18" and 24" x 24" . It is not recommended to go larger than 24" x 36".
Most magnetic signs have 1 or 2 colors. 3 or more colors can be done, but there will be an additional $6.00 per foot to the cost . We also can provide a full color decal and mount it to the magnet.

Metal signs can be pole mounted, wall mounted or hung from a structure. Metal signs are often found outdoors on fences, drive posts and mounted to structures. Metal is used for more permanent signage. Parking Signs, Traffic signs, Business signage, entry signs, Monument signs.

We offer large format signage, these signs can be fabricated from plywood, PVC, metal, plexi-glass or die-bond. Most of these large format sizes are 4' x 4' to 4' x 8'. Maximum size for plywood and PVC is 4' x 8'. These signs can be 1 sided or double sided. Metal signs and die bond signs can be as large as 4' x 10'.
File Formats That We Work With:
The best formats for art work is an EPS file in an Illustrator 10 or older file or a Photoshop file. Make sure to convert all text to curves (outlines) if we don't have the font the file may not open. EPS or PDF files will work for digital prints or banners minimum 300 DPI. Tiff or JPG files works if you are having a temporary sign, or they are saved as high resolution files or larger than actual size. If we have to scan in artwork we need a crisp PMT copy of the art.
